How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Payment Methods.

For any payment methods regarding the balance payment other than UPI or Direct Bank Transfer (like credit or debit card link), is subjected to a 2% convenience fee on the MRP.

How are items packaged?

One of the most neglected parts of a flow-forged wheel is its packaging. This often leads to blemished and damaged wheels, so at Advantec Wheels, we do not skimp here either. Our packaging is specifically designed to keep your wheels safe regardless of how far they are travelling, because we want them to arrive just as perfect as they left. Moreover, the cardboard outer box is eco-friendly and made from 100% recycled paper.

What is the range of locations to which Advantec Wheels ships their products?

Advantec Wheels ship products PAN India and will start shipping internationally shortly.

My order has been shipped. Now, how can I track it?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. We start preparing your order within 24-48 hours of the confirmation and you will receive a tracking link by our sales team.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Your desired set of wheels is specially handcrafted according to your finish preferences and usually takes 14-21 business days to manufacture and deliver to your specific location.

In case your preferred set of design and finish is available in stock it will take significantly less time than mentioned above to deliver at your specific location.

In rare occasions (like technical or logistics issues) it may take longer than the time mentioned above. In such case kindly contact the customer care (contact number: 78350 78801/ 03 or e-mail us at sales@advantecwheels.com) for further information.

Reallocation of Wheels in case of delay in payment.

It is essential that you proceed with the remaining balance payment once you receive a formal message from our sales representatives within 30 days of placing your order, or promptly communicate your preferred timeline for receiving your items on WhatsApp and/or by call.

Failure to do so will result in the reallocation of your desired set of Advantec Wheels to the next order, which will delay dispatch for your desired set for an additional 2 to 3 weeks.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

Product MRP is inclusive of all the charges, including shipping and taxes.
