Inspection and Installation
Inspect the wheels immediately upon receipt and before mounting tires. Once tires have been mounted, the wheels cannot be returned for credit. Verify that the wheels have the correct finish colour, bolt pattern, centre bore diameter, ample brake calliper clearance and the proper backspace or offset for your vehicle. ALL OF THIS MUST BE VERIFIED BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES ON THE WHEELS.
Use only tubeless/tube tires consistent with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended sizes for the wheels you have chosen. Using tires that do not conform to the vehicle or tire manufacturer’s recommendations may result in serious safety issues related to undersized or oversized fitments. ADVANTEC WHEELS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage related to incorrect tire sizes such as vehicle transmission, AWD systems, body panels/trims, or other effected areas.
Before mounting tires, the tire bead seat area should be generously lubricated.
Mount the tires using only CONTACT FREE tire mounting machines.
After the wheels and tires have been placed on the car, take a short test drive. Re-check the torque values of each lug nut/bolt and make sure that they are torqued to the manufacturer’s recommended specifications.
If you intend to use one of your original equipment wheels as a spare, make sure that you always keep a set of the correct lug nuts/bolts and a properly sized lug wrench in the car. In most cases, Advantec Wheels utilize the original equipment lug nuts/bolts, however, this may not be possible in all cases.
Limited Lifetime Warranty for Advantec Wheels
This Warranty is given only to the original consumer/purchaser of Advantec Wheels products. This warranty is not transferable. PROOF OF PURCHASE is required for all warranty work – be sure to keep your original invoice.
Advantec Wheels products are warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser/consumer (deemed to be the date the wheels are received by the purchaser/consumer) owns the wheel. The wheel finish is warranted to the original purchaser/consumer for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase to be able to withstand non-hazardous weather and climatic conditions, non-hazardous paved road conditions and typical operating temperatures for normal driving.
As a condition of this limited warranty, Advantec Wheels products must be properly installed on the vehicle for which the wheels were intended and manufactured for as specified and agreed to on the Order Confirmation authorized by the consumer/purchaser, or in the care and mounting instructions provided at the time of delivery, and where applicable, by using the specified nuts/bolts or other hardware. In addition, the tires that are mounted on the wheels must be proper for the vehicle.
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover damage to, or any failure of an Advantec Wheels product caused by unreasonable use of the wheels, road hazard or externally caused damage from the following conditions:
Repairs done that involve any of these processes will VOID your warranty and may undermine the structural integrity of the wheels, causing a safety hazard that may result in injury or death:

Welding
Off road racing, or unpaved road driving conditions or road hazards; for example, potholes, gravel, road debris, scrap metal, tire remnants, trash and other road clutter.
The failure to properly use the tires which are mounted on the Advantec Wheels; for example, improper inflation of tires, loading the vehicle beyond its capacity, misalignment of tires and wheels, imbalance of tires and wheels and/or the use of incorrect tires and wheels.
Any kind of impact or abuse resulting from bends/bending of rim parts, collision/impacts, potholes, flat tires, curbing, racing, accident, fire, vandalism or rubbing due to projection from the wheel well.
Infrequent or improper cleaning of Advantec Wheels products will void the finish warranty. Only a mild soap applied with a hose or soft cloth should be used to clean Advantec Wheels products. Cleaning Advantec Wheels products with a hard or coarse brush or fabric, chemical based cleaners or acid sprays may cause damage to the finish that will void the warranty. Note: Many car washes use acid spray to clean road wheels.
Exposure to road salt or other hazardous chemicals used on roadways during inclement weather.
Any damage or failure which occurs because of your continued use of Advantec Wheels products after your discovery of a problem.
Wheels damaged in transit or by misuse, accident or negligence, or that have been repaired or altered by anyone.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment:
If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes:
Via 'My Orders' section Go to your account > Click on 'Orders' > Go to the order you want to cancel and select 'Order Details' > Click on 'Cancel Item' > Select the item(s) in your order that you would like to cancel and provide the reason for cancellation and 'Confirm' > Once submitted, your item(s) will be cancelled and your refund will be processed.
Via the Help Centre Click on 'Have a Concern' > 'Write to Us' > 'Submit a Request' > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to cancel your order. > Our service representative will review your query and revert in 24 hours.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Return Policy
In-case, your ordered set of wheels turn out to be damaged or incompatible with your desired vehicle, Advantec Wheels will exchange your set of wheels for a new one without any extra charges except the return shipping cost.
Simply return it with its original packaging within 7-14 days and include your receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Procedures To Follow When Making A Clame
Contact an Advantec Wheels Customer care Representative at +91-9599511050 to make the company aware of your claim.
Arrange to have the wheels shipped to: Advantec Wheels, Lane No.4, Phase-1, SIDCO Industrial Complex, Bari Brahmana, District Samba, J&K-181133.
Include the following items:
A copy of the original invoice for the warranted wheels/products.
A written statement or email explaining the problem you have encountered, the circumstances which the problem occurred, and the year, make and model of the vehicle on which the wheels were initially installed. In addition, indicate the year, make and model of the vehicle including tire size on which the product was installed at the time of the warranty event occurrence, if different from above.
Upon receipt of the wheels, Advantec Wheels will inspect them per the warranty claim and contact the customer to determine the appropriate course of action.
If it is determined that upon inspection of the returned wheel(s), it qualifies under the terms of this warranty, Advantec Wheels, will replace the warranted wheel(s) at its sole discretion.
Advantec wheels assumes no repsonsibility for removing or re-installing the wheels on the vehicle, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, convenience or other consequential expense.
Discontinued Wheels And Finishes
Discontinued wheel designs may not be available for sale and is at the sole discretion of Advantec Wheels depending on supply and other factors.
